#twoweeksofcode: explod

This is part of the Two Weeks of Code.

Explod: an unfinished game. Explode a square and it explodes others in line with it, or makes them closer to exploding at any rate.


Mainly unfinished because I can’t work out how to build the solver; that is, start with an empty board (the win condition) and make backwards moves until the board satisfies some criteria about density and easy-ness. Without that, there would have to just be pre-planned levels, which is annoying and too much like hard work to create. The game ought to be able to generate levels itself. Sort of conceptually inspired by Simon Tatham’s puzzles, in that if this worked, it’d be the same sort of game as those (and I’d have probably dropped him a mail about it.)
